Instant Remote Support with Teamviewer

If you are having problems with FaxMind Server, with instant remote support, as long as you have an internet connection you can be connected to a FaxMind support technician from wherever you are in the world. 


With your permission, one of our support team can communicate with you via a remote desktop software which installed on the remote PC. Please follow these steps:

  • Navigate your browser to teamviewer.com and click on the Download link
  • Under Additional Downloads, and the heading: For the instant customer: TeamViewer QuickSupport click on Download v8.0.16642.
  • Save and then run the file TeamViewerQS_en.exe, you may need to agree to allow changes.
  • The Team Viewer QuickSupport dialog box will appear, be prepared to tell Support Your ID and the Password, the ID and Password are only valid while this program remains running.
  • Open the Instant Remote Support page, enter your ID and Password to go.

If the problem is too serious and cannot be resolved through remote support, we will then send an engineer to visit you onsite.
